Unit5I’mcleaningmyroom.Lesson29教学设计一、教学目标 1.要求掌握的重点词汇：picture,moon,sun,look,cousin,stand,talkabout2.学习熟练掌握重点句型：Areyoulookingatthepicture?Yes,Iam./No,I’mnotIshelookingatthemoon?No,heisn’t.Heislookingatthesun.2阅读文章，了解文章大意，学会翻译句子  3.复习巩固本单元所学知识，用所学描述他人正在进行的活动。二、教学重难点 1.掌握、熟练本单元所学单词、词组及句型； 2.掌握本单元的重点----现在进行时态; 3.用所学知识描述照片中人物的活动。  三、教学用具PPT,课本，视频，卡片四、教学步骤 Step 1 Pre-reading 1.Greet as usual. 2.Show some picture on the big screen. Teach Ss some main words and phrases in the passage in in 2b, eg: dragon, Dragon Boat Festival, any, other, young, child, children, miss, wish, delicious, living room3.Teach students to read and understand these new words and phrases. 4.T: What time is it in Beijing?   S: It’s eight o’clock in the morning.  Let students to make other different conversations about other places. Step 2 Skimming and Note-taking（速读和速记） Fast read. T：Read the article to answer the questions.  1. Why are ZHU hui’s family watching boat races and making zongzi?2. Does Zhu Hui like his host family? What does he think about his home in China?Ss read the passage quickly and try to find the answer to the questions..  Check the answers.  Step 4：Scanning and carefully thinking （审读）Read the text again; try to answer the questions below: 1. What special day is it? 2. What do Chinese people do on this day? 3. What do people eat on this day? 4. Where is Zhu Hui now? 5. What time is it in New York? 6. What does “host family” mean? Step5：Explaining main and difficult points（释疑） 教师先带领学生学习语法点，接着让学生在限定时间内划出疑难问题，在组内讨论，互相启发，教师巡查，给学生提供及时帮助，然后小组向全班陈述本组难题，教师根据各组信息反馈，通过典型例句精讲重难点，培养学生独立思考问题、解决问题的能力和合作探究精神。  接着让学生独立完成2c 的匹配任务，并从文中找出这些短语并划线， 再让学生用这些短语口头或鼻头造句。最后全班核对答案。 Step5. Conclusion T Concludes what have learnt 1.new words：read, clean, talk on the phone, apartment, happy 2.sentence structures: 特殊疑问句式：what+ be (am/are/ is)+ 主语 +doing?主语+be(am/ are/ is) + v-ing  （注：be的形式由主语的数决定主语+be(am/ are/ is) + v-ing  （注：be的形式由主语的数决定） 3.现在分词的构成：主语+be(am/ are/ is) + v-ing（注：be的形式由主语的数决定）五、教学反思 掌握一些描述人物活动的动词和动词短语，学会询问对方或他人正在做什么并熟练描述自己或他人正在做什么。掌握现在进行时的构成和现在分词的变化规则、学会运用现在进行时谈论自己和他人正在做什么。 通过学生听、说、读、写、做、唱综合训练，使他们能够在生活当中使用目标词汇和语言进行交流。通过各种形式的任务活动，引导学生在体验、参与、合作与交流中增加了解、增进友谊。 在课堂活动中乐于模仿，勇于开口，积极参与，激发学生学习英语的兴趣和热情。六、Homework1. Find three photos of your family or friends and write about what they are doing using the present progressive tense. 2. Review the words and phrases.
