I. Teaching aims and learning objectives

1. learn to catch the main idea of a passage and write a poster;

Step 1 Lead-in Introduce a boy called Kimi from a very famous programme.T: Millie wants to make friends with Kimi. She wants to know more about him.

Step 3 Expansion
1. Divide the whole class into six groups. Choose one of them as a model. Write something about his or her family, school, activities and so on.
T: Kimi wants to know more friends in our school. Would you please make your own poster to introduce yourself to Kimi?
2. Report and choose the best poster.
【设计意图:经过上面两个部分反复操练,学生对于介绍自己朋友的句型已经了然于胸,这时候让学生通过做海报的形式输出,实现做中学。】
