I asked Mom to stay in the sitting room and I cooked in kitchen.
Tony saw a toy in a shop window ... A woman saw him crying
and told him to wait outside a shop.
Besides, Cleo tends to bark a average of six hours a day.
Mr Smith, the head of the group, will plan for the
whole trip.
Since then — for all these year — we have been allowing
tomatoes to selfseed where they please.
[分析] year→years these“这些”后修饰可数名词的复数,故应该用 years。
This made for the grow in the porcelain industry.
We ’ ve called several time about Cleo ’ s early morning
barking.
But the problem is that there are not enough sports
facilities to meet the public growing demand.
When I was a child, I hoped to live in the city. I think I would
be happy there.
Lots of studies have been shown that global warming has
already become a very serious problem.
Suddenly Mary, my best friend, asked me to let her to copy my
answers.
Felt hungry, we built a fire by the lake and barbecued the fish.
What you have gained are the result of your hard work.
It’s been a month since I came to this new school and I really
want share with you some of the problems I have been experiencing.
Besides, they cost a lot of paper, that is not very friendly
to our environment.
[分析] that→which paper 后为非限制性定语从句,不能用 that 引导。
There are many people think that wealth is better than
health.
[分析] people 后加 who many people 后为定语从句,缺少引导词。
That he told us is right, but most of the young people
haven’t realized this.
And you should also have a belief you are sure to succeed
as long as you keep your direction all the time.
We ran to escape but fortunately no one was injured.
[分析] but→and 前后为并列关系而非转折关系,故 but 改为 and。
Although we allow tomato plants to grow in the same place
year after year, but we have never had any disease or insect attack problems.
[分析] 去掉 but 或 but→yet although 不能与 but 连用,故将 but→yet 或去掉 but。
In fact, he even scared my classmates away during they came
over to play or do homework with me.
[分析] during→when during 表示“在……
I’m going to a conference in you town in
May, from 16th to 20th.
Sometimes we may find difficult to follow the teacher and
some students may even give up learning English.
That is the man I met him in Beijing last year.
此处作 met 宾语的引导词 whom/who/that 已省略,met 后就不需要再加 him。
Dad cleaned the house, and then went on shopping.
[分析] 去掉 on go shopping 为固定短语,意为“去购物”,go on shopping 意为“继
Today, I am going to talk with what you should do when a fire
alarm goes off.
talk about sth.
Modern science has given clear evidence the smoking can
led many diseases.
Much rare animals are dying out.
[分析] Much→Many much 修饰不可数名词,rare animals 为复数形式,故把 Much
改为 Many。
Dad and I were terrible worried.
I’ll study more harder than ever before so that I can
make more money in the future.
[分析] 去掉 more 或 more→much hard 的比较级为 harder,再加 more 就属于重复。
The air keeping the balloon up was escaping quickly and
the balloon was coming up.
Since you have visited Greece several times, I would
like to know whether you have seen the old buildings here.
[分析] here→there 用 there 指代 Greece。
①They did not want breakfast because that they were going out early ... (去掉 that)
②He was looking for a glass the cupboard. (the 前加 in)
I have spent most my money, so I cannot ... (在 my 前加 of)。
A (2016·全国卷Ⅰ)
My uncle is the owner of a restaurant close to that I live. Though not very big, but the
restaurant is popular in our area. It is always crowded with customers at meal times. Some
people even had to wait outside. My uncle tells me that the key to his success is honest. Every
day he makes sure that fresh vegetables or high quality oil are using for cooking. My uncle
says that he never dreams becoming rich in the short period of time. Instead, he hopes that
our business will grow steady.
1.第一句 that→where 介词 to 的宾语从句中缺少动词 live 的状语,故将 that 改为
where。
5.第六句 or→and 根据句意可知,此处 fresh vegetables 和 high quality oil 应该是并
列关系,故 or 改为 and。
6.第六句 using→used 根据句意可知,此处的主语 fresh vegetables and high quality
用 dream of。
语 he 一致,故将 our 改为 his。
The summer holiday is coming. My classmates and I are talking about how to do during
the holiday. We can chose between staying at home and take a trip. If we stay at home, it is
comfortable but there is no need to spend money. But in that case, we will learn little about
world. If we go on a trip abroad, we can broaden your view and gain knowledges we cannot
get from books. Some classmates suggest we can go to places of interest nearby. I thought
that it is a good idea. It does not cost many, yet we can still learn a lot.
1.第二句 how→what what to do 中,what 是代词作 do 的宾语,how 是副词词性,
一般用 how to do sth.。2.
6.第六句 your→our 根据主语 we 可知用 our。
10.第九句 many→much many 和 much 都表示“许多”,前者表示复数概念,后者
The teenage year from 13 to 19 were the most difficult time for me. They were also the
best and worse years in my life. At the first, I thought I knew everything and could make
decisions by yourself. However, my parents didn’t seem to think such. They always tell me
what to do and how to do it. At one time, I even felt my parents couldn’t understand me so I
hoped I could be freely from them. I showed them I was independent by wear strange
clothes. Now I am leaving home to college. At last, I will be on my own, but I still want to
have my parents to turn to whenever need help.
5.第四句 such→so (don’t) think so (不)这样想。so 用于 believe, hope, suppose, tell,
be free to do sth.“随心所欲做某事”。
9.第八句 to→for leave A for B 表示“离开 A 地去 B 地”。
