There are always some mysterious creatures that interest people around the world, 4
especially those which have confused or scared people for centuries. Here are some
of them.
The Jersey Devil
Described as looking like a kangaroo demon, this creature
is hardly seen today. However, in 1909, within the Pine Barrens,
the Jersey Devil was reported several times throughout one week.
During the whole week, the locals closed shops and schools and
stayed at home.
The Chupacabra
The Chupacabra stories began on an island in the Caribbean
Sea. It's said that the creature killed and ate livestock and
other animals such as cats, rabbits, dogs, and chickens. It was
about 5 feet tall with short legs and had red glowing eyes. This
mysterious creature was even discovered further north in Texas
and New Mexico.
The Creepy Gnome
The mystery of the creepy gnome began in 2008 when a local
man and his friends were discussing their last fishing trip. As
they were talking, they heard a sound. They thought it was a dog,
but as they looked more closely, they quickly realized that it
was a gnome. After they shared the news with the local newspaper,
many other locals came out saying they had also seen the gnome
