● Firstly, the air conditioner wouldn't work. When I asked the staff for help, no one came.
Secondly, I found the bathroom rather dirty. What was worse, the noise outside was so loud
that we were unable to sleep at night. I asked to change rooms, but was refused for the reason
that the hotel was full. It was surprising that the hotel staff treated us in a very casual and
indifferent manner.
● For the above reasons, I have to say that the service in your hotel is completely unacceptable
at so many levels. Therefore, I hope you can apologize and refund my money.
