高考英语作文应用文指导---第 11 讲 投诉信 1.投诉信的基本结构 投诉信通常是写给厂家、商店、消费者协会、报界或上级主管部门等,揭发低劣的产品 质量、糟糕的服务态度,抱怨不应出现的情况或问题等,并请求解决这些问题的信件。写投 诉信要实事求是地把问题讲清楚,态度要冷静客观,要有礼貌,不能恶语伤人。投诉信一般 包括三个部分,具体内容如下。 首段:自我介绍,表明投诉的原因。 主体段:说明投诉的问题以及具体解决方案。 结尾段:希望重视,期待回复。 2.常用表达 开头常用语: (1)I am writing to complain about…我写信是为了投诉…… (2)I am writing to express my dissatisfaction/disappointment…我写信是为了表示我对…… 的不满/失望。 (3)I am writing to inform you that I find…unsatisfactory.我写信是为了告诉您,我发现…… 令人非常不满意。 描述问题和提出解决的要求/建议/想法常用语: (1)…didn't/can't work/function properly.……无法正常工作/运行。 (2)There is something wrong with the………有一些问题。 (3)I have been pleased with your services for years, but now I feel very disappointed.多年来 我一直很满意你们的服务,但现在我非常失望。 (4)I suggest that you look into this matter immediately and deal with it quickly and properly. 我建议你立即调查这件事并迅速正确地处理好。 (5)I would like to draw your attention to the problem.我想让您对这个问题引起注意。 (6)I would appreciate it if my problems could be well solved in time. 如果我的问题能及时 解决,我将感激不尽。 (7)Being one of your usual customers, I sincerely hope that you could give me a full refund. Besides, if possible, three new books sent to me would be highly appreciated. 作为你们的常 客,我衷心希望您能全额退款。并且,如果可能的话,我将非常感激能重新寄 3 本新书给我。 结尾常用语: (1)I trust you will take my complaints seriously.我相信您会认真对待我的投诉。 (2)I hope you will give due attention to this matter. 我希望您能对此事给予适当的重视。 (3)I could not be more satisfied if you can kindly…如果您能……我将非常满意。 3.通用模板 Dear ________, ①I am ________ (自我介绍). ②I feel bad to trouble you but I am afraid that I have to make a complaint about ________ (投诉的问题). ③The reason for my dissatisfaction is ________ (总体 介绍). ④In the first place, ________ (抱怨的第一个方面). ⑤In addition, ________ (抱怨的第二 个方面). ⑥Under these circumstances, I find it ________ (感觉) ________ (抱怨的对方给你带 来的后果). ⑦I appreciate it very much if you could ________ (提出建议和要求), and I would like to have this matter settled by ________ (设定解决事情最后期限). ⑧Thank you for your consideration and I will be looking forward to your reply.
