一、复习课 Read and answer.
Fill in the blanks for this story. Call your friend and tell the story.
1. 能够通过学习故事、情景对话复习询问和描述某人的喜好的句型 What
are …’s hobbies? He/She likes + v-ing。
2. 复习询问某人是否做什么的句型 Does he/she …? Yes, he/she does. No,
he/she doesn’t.
3. 复习询问并回答某人的职业的句型 What does he/she do? He/She is …
4. 复习询问了解某人的工作地点和出行方式的句型 Where does he work?
How does he go to work?
二、课前准备
1.教师准备本课时所用的单词卡片。
2.教师准备录音机及录音带。
3.学生收集一些名人照片。
三、教学步骤
1.热身 (Warm-up)
(1)教师放第五单元的歌曲 “MyFamily’’的录音,学生跟唱。
(2)日常口语练习。以下内容供参考:
What does your mother/father/uncle/aunt/grandmother do?
Where does she/he work?
How does she/he go to work? What is his/her hobby?
2.预习 (Preview)看字母,说职业
教师出示职业名称单词的首字母,让学生说出整个单词。如: w-writer;
d-driver/doctor, a-accountant/actor/actress; T-TV reporter 等.
3. 新课呈现 (Presentation)
(1)从看字母说职业名称引出 TV reporter,教师拿出一些名人照片说:
Nowyou’re a TV reporter. You’re going to interview a famous person.
You don’t know who he/she is. But you know he/she is someone in the
pictures.”给学生五次提问的机会,让他们根据教师的回答找出正确的人物。
以下问题供参考:
What does he/she do? What’s his hobby? Is he strong/thin/tall? Where
does he/she live?
(2)心有灵犀:请两名学生上来,每人拿着纸和笔分别站在教室的两边。教师
提问: “What does father do?”站在台上的两名学生分别把答案写在各自的
纸上。如果两人的答案完全相同,两人就算获胜。教师继续问问题 “What
does…’s…do?”全体学生一起写出答案,谁写的答案正确就可以得一分。
Listen and match
(1)教师说: “Do you want to know more about LiuYun?’’学生回答后教师说:
“Please listen and find out.’’教师放本部分录音,学生认真听。录音: I am
Liu Yun . My grandmother and grandfather are farmers . They grow
corn. They like drawing pictures. My aunt is a taxi driver. She likes
collecting stamps. My Uncle is a policeman. He likes diving. My mother
is a singer. She likes swimming. My father is a TV reporter. He likes
listening to music
(2)教师再放一遍录音,学生完成表格。分小组核对答案并就 Liu Yun’s
family 进行问答。

教师放歌曲 “Little Corn’’的录音或 VCD,学生跟唱。
4.巩固和延伸 (Consolidation and extension)
(1)家庭照片 5-6 个学生为一组,每名学生饰演一个家庭成员角色,依次表
演并介绍自己职业、爱好、生活习惯等内容。
(2)排队成句
教师依次出示单词卡片,如: does, what, nurse, your, do, mother,
father, where the, works, in, bank, my, a, is, she, worker
等,然后将卡片交给第一位读出单词的学生。分发完卡片后,教师说一个
句子,拿着构成该句子单词的学生上来,按单词顺序排队组成句子。
(3)最受欢迎的职业
把各种职业的单词卡片排列在黑板的下方,让学生说出自己现在的理想职
来,如 going to bea…教师把学生的选择记录下来,看看哪种职业最受班上
学生的欢迎。
