Onedaythey'll47(wakeup)anddiscoverthateverythingthey'vealwaysknownaboutwindowsisa48.48.A.dreamB.lieC.fantasyD.fact【解析】根据上文的Ihatelyingtothekids. 技巧3合理利用逻辑关系表示上下文逻辑关系的语篇标志词涉及文章的起承转合、上下连贯,如表示并列关系的词或短语有and,aswellas等;表示转折关系的词或短语有but,however,though,whereas,nevertheless,yet,onthecontrary,otherwise,ontheotherhand等;表示顺序的词或短语有tobeginwith,first,firstly,second,secondly,then,next,finally等;表示解释的词或短语有thatistosay,inotherwords等;表示因果的词短语有so,therefore,thus,because,asaresult,consequently,hence,forthisreason,since等;表示让步的词或短语有although,though,despite,inspiteof,afterall,eventhough,evenif等;表示条件关系的词或短语有if,unless,providedthat,incase((of)等;表示附加说明、例证的词或短语有likewise,similarly,forexample,forinstance,incidentally,indeed,infact,inparticular,thatis等;表示概括总结的词或短语有inbrief,inshort,inconclusion,inaword,onthewhole,generallyspeaking,tosumup,tosummarize,toconclude等。 [浙江2020年7月]Icouldn'tquitebelievemy53(luck)itturnedoutnoonegotbadlyhurt,buttheoutcomecouldhavebeen54.54.A.commonB.confusingC.desirableD.awful【解析】根据上文的itturnedoutnoonegotbadlyhurt,和表转折的连词but并结合常识可知,此处应指,没有人受重伤,但后果本来有可能很可怕。 Peoplemakethemselvesintowinnersbytheirown16.16.A.luckB.testsC.effortsD.nature【解析】句意为:没有人天生是赢家。 Hedecidedtospend
