●Protect TECFIDERA from light. You can do this by storing the capsules in their original container.
Throw away opened TECFIDERA after 90 days.
What are the possible side effects of TECFIDERA?
TECFIDERA may cause serious side effects including decreases in your white blood cell count, sickness, redness, stomach pain and so on.
Redness and stomach problems are the most common reactions, especially at the start of the treatment, but they should decrease over time. Call your doctor if you have any of these symptoms and they bother you or do not go away. These are not all the possible side effects of TECFIDERA. It was a normal school day for senior Solymar Solis until an unexpected visitor arrived. Her dad, Sgt. Carlos Solis Melendez, surprised her by coming home early from Kuwait and visiting her unannounced at Spring Valley High School in South Carolina.
After serving in Kuwait for nine months, Melendez returned home a week earlier than his daughter expected. Have you ever been given something you don’t like or doesn’t fit, but you don’t want to hurt the feelings of the person who thinks about you? You’re not alone. Everyone has received an unwanted gift at least once in his or her life. That doesn’t mean the item is bad or useless. It simply means that it doesn’t work for you.
If you find yourself with something nice but that doesn’t fit into your lifestyle, consider regifting it. Before you do that, make sure you understand the manners of this practice that is more and more common as people find it difficult to make ends meet to a great extent.
There are specific things you should do to an item. Failure to do any of them may create an awkward situation. You never have to lie about what you are doing, but you don’t want to be in the position of having to explain anything. For example, remove the original wrapping paper and rewrap it in your own; make sure the box is in good condition so the item doesn’t appear used; check the item and make sure there are no cards or names on the packaging; inspect the item and make sure it is in excellent condition.
When you get ready for regifting, consider having a white elephant gift exchange for your next celebration. This removes all the embarrassment of being caught regifting because that’s the whole purpose of the event. When it's five o'clock, people leave their office. The length of the workday, for many workers, is defined by time. They leave when the clock tells them they're done.
These days, the time is everywhere: not just on clocks or watches, but on cell-phones and computers. That may be a bad thing, particularly at work. New research shows that clock-based work schedules hinder morale (士气) and creativity.
Clock-timers organize their day by blocks of minutes and hours. For example: a meeting from 9 a. m. to 10 a. m. , research from 10 a. m. to noon, etc. On the other hand, task-timers have a list of things they want to accomplish. They work down the list, each task starts when the previous task is completed. It is said that all of us employ a mix of both these types of planning.
What, then, are the effects of thinking about time in these different ways? Does one make us more productive? Better at the tasks at hand? Happier? In experiments conducted by Tamar Avnet and Anne-Laure Sellier, they had participants organize different activities—from project planning, holiday shopping, to yoga—by time or to-do list to measure how they performed under "clock time" vs "task time". They found clock timers to be more efficient but less happy because they felt little control over their lives. Task timers are happier and more creative, but less productive. They tend to enjoy the moment when something good is happening, and seize opportunities that come up.
The researchers argue that task-based organizing tends to be undervalued and under-supported in business culture. Smart companies, they believe, will try to bake more task-based planning into their strategies.
This might be a small change to the way we view work and the office, but the researchers argue that it challenges a widespread characteristic of the economy: work organized by clock time. While most people will still probably need, and be, to some extent, clock-timers, task-based timing should be used when performing a job that requires more creativity. It'll make those tasks easier, and the task-doers will be happier.

M: Today we are visiting Woodhill Shelter -- the most unusual animal shelter in Britain. It does not house wild animals rescued from zoos or sea creatures from ocean parks. What it does have is a lot of lucky and happy cows, pigs, goats, sheep and chickens rescued from becoming your lunch by animal rights groups.
The shelter was set up by Jill and Ben Smith. Neither of them eats animal products, but lives instead on a plant-based diet. They say it is a kinder and better way to live. The shelter wasn’t much visited until 3 years after it was built, and now it has large numbers of followers.
