教学设计
Period 2  Section A  2a­3c
Ⅰ.教学准备
1.教师:录音机和录音磁带、多媒体课件、全家福照片。
2.学生:找一张自己的全家福照片。
Ⅱ.教学目标
1.能熟练地运用所学的语言知识介绍自己或他人的家庭成员。
2.学习本课的知识点。
(1)词汇:they,well,have,day,bye
(2)句型:—Are these/those...?
—Yes,they are.
—Who's he?x k b 1
—He's her father.
—Who's she?
—She's my sister.
—Who are they?
—They are my grandparents.
Ⅲ.教学重点
1.Is this/that...?/Are these/those...?句型及简单回答。
2.Who引导的特殊疑问句及答语。
3.训练学生的听力能力。
Ⅳ.教学难点
1.能掌握一定的听力技巧。
2.能运用所学的语言知识进行 交际。
Ⅴ.教学步骤
Step  1:Greetings and talking
建议1:利用多媒体课件呈现chant,让学生一边拍手一边读出来。(此活动能够让学生把注意力转移到课堂中来,也避免了枯燥地跟读。)
Let's chant.
Father,father,this is my father.
Mother,mot her ,that is my mother.
Grandfather,grandfather.
Grandmother,grandmother.

建议2:让学生展示自己的全家福照片,运用上节课所学的语言知识进行描述。
For example:
T:Look,this is a photo of my family.This is my father.These are my brothers...
Can you describe your family like this?
Ss:Yes.
Step 2:Lead­in/Present the new sentences
建议1:教师利用多媒体课件呈现一幅自己的全家福的照片,然后指着一位家庭成员,让学生猜他/她是谁?
For example:
The teacher shows a family photo and let the students guess using:Is  this/that...?
S1:Is this/that...?
S2:Is this/that...?
The teacher shows other sentences like this:Are these/those...?
(此环节可以采用学生问、教师回答,教师问、学生回答,学生 问、学生回答等方式。通过各种方式操练这两个句型的问和答)
建议2:用Guessing game进行训练。具体做法:利用多媒体呈现一些明星的照片,用技术手段把明星的脸遮盖一部分,然后让学生猜测。(如下图)
 
For example:
T:Look at the picture.Who is he/she?You can guess by asking:Is this/that...?
S1:...
S2:...
Step 3:Practice the new sentences
建议:教师呈 现明星年轻时的照片,然后问学生:Who is he/she?Who are they?学生运用所学的语言知识进行猜测。(如下图)
For example:
 
T:Who is she?
S1:She is...
S2:She is...
Step 4:Listening 2a,2b
1.先让学生自己读一读2a中的单词,然后让学生听录音,圈出所听到的单词。
2.先领读2b中的人名,再让学生区分哪些是女名,哪些是男名,最后让学生听录音,将名字与图中人物配对,这样做的目的是降低听力的难度。
3.让学生跟读2a/2b部分的听力材料,目的是让学生熟练掌握本课的句型:—Who's she?—She's Cindy.
4.对听力材料进行机械地操练,先让学生进行齐读,然后分组读,最后两个人一组进行操练。
Step 5:Present the new dialogue (2d)
建议1:让学生先自己读,找出里面的生单词。然后教师出示新知识点:Have a good day!
建议2:播放Sally,Kate,Jane对话的视频,引出对话。
Step 6:Practice the new dialogue
1.听录音,跟读对话。
2.分角色机械性地操练对话。
3.让学生分角色表演对话。
Step 7:Task 3a
1.让学生补全对话,然后教师找学生核对答案。
A:That ______ my family.That's my mother.
B:______ he?
A:______ my father.
B:Who's ______?
A:She's ______ sister.
B:And ______ they?
A:______ my grandparents.
2.分角色机械性地操练对话。
3.同位之间练习对话。
Step 8:Play a game(3b)
教师把学生分成两个组进行比赛,让学生看图,从方框中选词造句。哪个组造的句子多并且准确,哪个组就为获胜组。
For example:
T:Look at the picture and the words.I can make a sentence:This is my father.Can you make more sentences?
S1:This is your father.
S2:These are my parents.
S3:Those are my parents.
Step 9:Task
建议1:让学生看家庭照片,介绍自己的家人。
For example:
The teacher shows the following questions and sample on the screen.
1.What's your name?
2.What's your phone number?
3.Sh ow me your fa mily photos and introduce your family members.
Hi,______!How are you?My name is ______.This is my family.
This is my ______ and that is my______.
These are my ______,and those are my ______.
 
My phone number is ______.
建议2:教师呈现Jane的家庭照片,然后让学生看照片介绍 她的家人。
For example:
Look!This is Jane's family photo.
This is her mother.This is her father.
This is her sister.This is her brother.
These are her grandparents.
Step 10:Summary
1.本课重点操练了新语言项目:—Who's he?—He's my father./—Who's she?—She's my sister./—Who are they?—They are my grandparents.
2.让学生看着Grammar Focus部分,两人一组进行问答练习。
3.What does “family”mean?
family:Father and mother I love you.
Step 11:Homework
让学生用本课所学的语言项目:This is my... He's...写一篇英语短文介绍自己的家庭。

知识讲解
 1.人称代词的主格与宾格
人称代词有主格和宾格两种形式,第三人称的人称代词还有性别的变化。主格主要用作句子的主语,在正式 文体中也可用作表语;宾格主要用作宾语,在口语中也常用作句子的表语。如下表:
主格 I you he she it we you they 作主语
宾格 me you him her it us you them 作动词、介词的宾语
意义[来源:学科网] 我 你 他 她 它 我们 你们 他们 
【说明】在口语中,省略谓语及其他成分的短句中,人称代词宾格可用作主语。如:
—He has read the novel.
他看过这本小说。
—Me too.
我也看过。
2.人称代词的排列顺序
两个或两个以上的人称代词并列使用时,对于单数人称代词,按“二三一”的顺序排列;对于复数人称代词,按“一二 三”的顺序排列。如:
You,he and I must obey the rules.你,他和我都得遵守规则。
We,you and they should stay here.我们,你们和他们都应该留在这里。
注意:
(1)若要承担责任或过失时,则通常将第一人称放在前面。如:
It was I and Tom who were late.迟到的是我和汤姆。
(2)表示男女的代词并排使用时,通常是先男后女。如:
Nobody likes such things except him and her.除了他和她,没有人喜欢那样的东西。
3.使用人称代词的几个注意点
(1)指代国家、城市、地球、船舶、(雌性)动物等时,一般用代词 it,但也可用she/her(带感情色彩)。如:
My car's not fast,but she does 50 miles to the gallon.我的车不快,但每加仑油它能跑50英里。
(2)当上文提到的人的性别不明时,一般用 he/him 来指代。如:
Whoever told you that,he was lying.无论谁对你那样说,他都在说谎。
If a person had so much money,he would do it in another way.要是一个人有那么多钱,他就会用另外一种方法做这件事。
【说明】对于 anybody,everybody,nobody,anyone,someone,everyone,no one 这类性别不明的不定代词,它们可用单数 he,him 指代,也可用复数 they,them指代,用单数较正式,用复数较口语化。如:
If anybody/anyone comes,ask him/them to wait.要是有人来,让他等着。
(3)代词we,you,they 有时可用于泛指一般人。如:
We/You ought to obey the law.大家都应遵守法律。
