【句式分析】
It is believed that...(＝People believe that...)人们相信……，It为形式主语，that 引导主语从句。
It is believed that the story is true.( ＝ People believe that the story is true.)人们相信这个故事是真的。类似believe 这种用法的动词常见的有： say, report, think，suppose 等
