With the development of the Internet and related technology, many people are getting more and more reliant on their mobile phones. Some people use their mobile phones till very late at night. What’s worse, some people continue to use their mobile phones even while crossing busy roads. They are very common in the modern society.
I am really worried about these problems. As we know, spending too much time on mobile phones especially at night does great harm to our health. It may cause serious eye problems. It can be much more dangerous for people to use their mobile phones when crossing roads, which may put both themselves and others at risk. Sometimes terrible accidents may happen because of using mobile phones on the road.
I think people should not spend too much time using mobile phones. Instead, they should turn off their phones, go outside and communicate with others face to face. Moreover, do more exercise and form a healthy lifestyle!
