According to a survey, we know most middle school students sleep less than 8 hours each night. This is because the students have too much homework. They have to spend long time finishing the homework, so that they can't go to sleep early. Second, many students would rather play computer games late than go to bed early.
Without enough sleep, many students feel sleepy in class, it will get in the way of their study. As a result, their grades drop. What's more, some students can get ill easily.
Enough sleep is important for students' development. We must do something to make sure the students can have enough sleep. First, less homework should be given to the students by teachers.
