Zheng was born in Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province on June 15th,1955.In 1970,he joined the army.He stayed there until 1976.He began writing stories in 1977.In 1985,he started a children’s magazine named King of Fairy Tales.It’s surprising that he was the only writer of the magazine.He has written stories by himself for 29 years for the magazine.During the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008 and the Yushu earthquake in 2010,he gave away more than one million yuan to the people in the areas.
