One possible version:
Li Jiang and Su Hua are discussing whether serving chopsticks should be promoted all over China. Li supports the policy while Su doesn’t think so.
Generally, I am in favor of using serving chopsticks. First and foremost, serving chopsticks should be used definitely out of health concerns. Chinese people like to dine together to enjoy reunions among families and friends, but we should note that sharing dishes can spread diseases easily, adding a pair of serving chopsticks can reduce the spread of viruses and harmful bacteria. What’s more, the promotion of serving chopsticks is bound to make Chinese restaurants more competitive with those from other countries, because it is impossible for many potential foreign consumers to enjoy the Chinese communal eating culture.
In short, the use of serving chopsticks marks the upgrading of traditional Chinese catering industry. I hope it will be the new normal in Chinese eating from now on.

W: That makes sense. You did very well in engineering and math class this past year.
M: Yeah, my father has taught me everything he knows. I just wish I did as good in Spanish class. I will need to speak it in Columbia, but I almost failed the class this year! (16)

We interrupt this show for an urgent weather report. Heavy snow is set to cause major damage in our area over the weekend. Police are warning drivers that they should avoid using their vehicles, as road conditions are expected to be very dangerous. About three inches of snow are expected to fall on Friday evening. That is on top of the two inches that fell the previous day. (17) Roads are also particularly risky because the rain which fell on Wednesday has turned to ice, (18) which has been covered by snow again. High winds are expected to cause the snow to block many routes. The A620 and A625 roads have already been closed by police. The A720 road is still open but drivers are being advised to avoid it if possible. (19) Because of an accident earlier today there, it was closed for three hours, but this has now been cleared. Ambulances had been unable to reach a man trapped in his car at the scene. A rescue helicopter braved the high winds to pull him clear and transport him to the emergency department. (20) The hospital later said his condition was improving. Looking ahead, the snow will be with us for the next three days but we can look forward to warmer weather by the middle of next week.
