Period 4 Section B 3a—Self Check
Ⅰ.教学准备
教师:本课所要教授的衣物和数字的图片或幻灯片;设计课后巩固练习的幻灯片。
学生:复习总结所学的衣物名词,预习本课内容。
Ⅱ.教学目标
1.复习掌握本单元的单词及几个短语。
2.熟练运用本单元句型:
How much is...?/It's.../How much are...?/They are...
3.该部分学习内容主要是谈论对服装的喜好,涉及学生的穿着,易于激发学生的主动性和学习兴趣;同时通过购物的对话练习,教学生学会购物时使用的礼貌用语和如何感谢他人。
4.通过了解中西方文化对衣物喜好的异同和中外货币价值异同,初步树立跨文化意识。

熟练运用本单元句型:

Ⅳ.教学难点
行为动词一般现在时的肯定句、否定句和一般疑问句的结构,尤其是第三人称单数形式的变化。

Step 1:Leadin
建议1:Sing a song
颜色词
blue蓝gray灰,white白的像雪堆。
yellow黄green绿,red红的似血迹。
orange橙purple紫,black黑的如墨汁。
brown棕褐色,color颜色记仔细。
建议2:Guessing game
借助多媒体,不断闪现所学的衣服和数字,让学生复习所学的重要单词。
Step 2:Practice the sentences
给学生创设一个场景,让学生去服装店买衣服,熟练应用本单元的句型。

服务员首先打招呼:

让学生先看图并补全广告信息。
让学生两人一组表演此广告。
在小组内表演此广告。
各小组进行PK。

建议1:
1)引导学生在筑词表上进行筑词活动,引导学生采用分类、总结等各种途径记忆单词,完成第2部分的教学任务。
2)Play a game
通过游戏,激活学生已经掌握的相关词汇。
游戏规则:在规定时间内看哪组同学写出的单词多、正确率高。完成在规定时间内的单词接龙后,小组进行互评;老师按照单词写得多少、正确率高低,分别给予评价。(老师的评价中需渗透对学生情感和学习策略方面的评价)
3)引导学生阅读3a部分中的短文,根据短文内容填写价格标签,完成3b部分的教学任务。
建议2:
将3a和3b改编为Writing,讲述英语广告词的写法,培养和提高学生的写作能力。
Step 6:Present Self Check
1.Describe what these people are wearing today.(描述身边人的穿着)
建议1:进行竞猜游戏。一名同学描述班里某位同学的穿着,其他人猜被描述的同学是谁,看哪位同学反应得快。
建议2:描述父母或老师的穿着,让同学仔细听,然后回答老师的问题。
2.Put the sentences in order to make a conversation.(将句子排序,组成对话)
先让学生自己做,然后两人对话,接下来小组内对话,最后小组竞争。

总结本单元的主要句型:

Step 8:Homework
表演去商店买学习用品:去商店给自己买一些学习用品,是学生经常做的事情。在商店里选好东西后,必须要询问价格,常用的句型是:How much is it?/How much are they?/It's.../They're...这也是本单元的重点句型。让学生表演商店里购物的情景,既可以帮助学生更好地掌握所学知识,又能增加实践经验。xkb1.com

1.excuse me 和(I'm)sorry
当我们要说的话、要做的事可能引起对方不便或可能打搅对方时,或者我们要引起对方注意时,事先常说 excuse me。如:
Excuse me,is this ruler yours?打扰一下,这把尺子是你的吗?
Excuse me,where is my book?打扰一下,我的书在哪儿?
Excuse me,just a moment.对不起,请等一下。
当我们做错了事或说错了话之后表示歉意时,常用sorry。如:
Sorry,I don't know.对不起,我不知道。
I'm sorry,but I can't go to the office today.抱歉得很,我今天不能上班。
I'm sorry,I've got the wrong number.很抱歉,我拨错了电话号码。
Sorry,I'm late.对不起,我迟到了。
2.句子单数变复数,注意以下六要素:
(1)主格人称代词要变成相应的复数主格人称代词,即I→ we,you→ you,she/he/it→they。如:
She is a girl.→They are girls.
(2)am,is要变为are。如:
I'm a student.→We are students.
(3)不定冠词a,an要去掉。如:
He is a boy.→They are boys.
(4)普通单数名词要变为复数形式。如:
It is an apple.→They are apples.
(5)指示代词this,that要变为these,those。如:
This is a box.→These are boxes.
(6)man,woman名词作定语修饰可数名词时,要在“数”上与被修饰名词保持一致。但其他名词修饰名词表示“性质”时,不作变化。如:
She is a woman doctor.→They are women doctors.
That is a pencil case.→Those are pencil cases.
3.有关“购物”用语的总结:
