Ⅰ.教学准备
1.教师:一个标有星期的日历或制作一个能反映一周七天的日历图片、幻灯片或课件;制作一个反映日程安排的表格图片或幻灯片;设计课后巩固练习的幻灯片。
2.学生:复习、总结学科名词;调查了解同学最喜欢的课程安排;为自己安排一个理想的课程表;整理一下学校所开展的活动。
Ⅱ.教学目标
1.复习“谈论偏爱”和“询问喜欢的学科并给出理由”的语言结构。
2.学习本课的知识点:

3.学会填写日程表。
4.采用模仿和复述以及分角色表演的学习策略,利用教学图片、幻灯片或制作多媒体课件来展开课堂小组问答式的口语交际活动和阅读、写作训练,复习、巩固和运用“谈论各自所喜欢的学科或其他的事物并给出理由”的目标语言。
5.通过互相询问和谈论彼此所喜欢的学科以及课程安排,增进同学之间的了解和友情,培养学生良好的学习、生活习惯。

Step 1:Warmup and review
1.师生问好。
2.交流与复习。
建议1:头脑风暴
利用游戏或者对话活动进行单词或者句子的复习。运用竞争机制,让学生以比赛的形式复习学过的单词、句子等。
For example:Let's have a PK today.If I say Chinese,you'll say English.If I say English,you'll say Chinese.Are you ready?
建议2:接龙大比拼
教师与学生、学生与学生之间采用接龙游戏的对话方式复习。
For example:
T:What's your favorite subject,S1?
S1:My favorite subject is...
T:Why do you like...?
S1:Because it's...What's your favorite subject,S2?
S2:My favorite subject is...
S1:Why do you like...?
S2:Because it's...What's your favorite subject,S3?

尽量让更多的学生参与到课堂中来,让学生动起来,张口说出来。
Step 2:Presentation
建议1:运用多媒体图片进行新单词的学习。放映幻灯片(能反映一周七天的日历),引导学生学习星期的表达。运用学生对周末的兴趣,学习新单词cool和free。

用同样的方式学习Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday,Sunday。

用这种对话形式让学生理解free和cool这两个单词。
建议2:出示日历,引导学生学习一周七天的表述方法。运用单词卡片的形式学习free和cool这两个单词,并且对之前学习的形容词进行回顾。

建议1:运用chant的形式对新知识进行练习。

建议2:做游戏。通过一闪而过的图片,让学生说出英语单词,看谁说得又快又准。
建议3:1.搭档游戏,完成1a。
2.听录音,在1a中勾出听到的形容词。
Step 4:Presentation
建议:由老师表演引出本课的重点句型,引导出本课所学习的语言项目。采取学生领读、男女生互读、同位读等各种形式练习这一新句型。

让同学们根据已经学习的句型和单词与同伴进行对话。学生可以模仿老师做出的句型进行语言的组织,也可以进行创造性的改造。

Step 6:Listening and speaking
1.耳力大比拼(1c)
有一个叫戴维的外国男孩讲述了他们的课程表,让我们来听一下他们的课程表在科目上与我们有什么不同。让学生听一遍录音,在下面的日程表上圈出谈到的学科。
2.对话练习
根据听力材料,与同伴谈论David最喜欢的学科。

Step 7:Reading makes me happy
1.阅读于梅的信,完成2a。
建议:我们已经知道了戴维喜欢的科目,现在我们来看看我们的一个新朋友于梅喜欢的科目以及不喜欢的科目。在于梅喜欢的学科下面画横线,在她不喜欢的学科上画圈。
For example:We have known what David's favorite subject is.Do you know what Yu Mei's favorite subject is?Let's read and finish 1a.
2.根据2b的信息完成于梅的日程表。
建议:我们每个教室里面都有课程表,我们也为于梅做一个课程表。

建议:让学生自己总结本节课主要学习了什么,还有哪些疑惑?

知识讲解
1.What's your favorite subject?你最喜欢的学科是什么?
favorite是形容词“最喜欢的”,作定语或表语。favorite不单独使用,前面必须加形容词性物主代词。favorite与like...best同义。What's your favorite subject?的同义句是:What subject do you like best?
例如:My favorite subject is English.(定语)我最喜欢的学科是英语。
The book is my favorite(表语)。这本书是我最喜欢的。
My favorite subject is English.=I like English best.
2.Why do you like math?你为什么喜欢数学?
这是以why引导的特殊疑问句,以why 引导的特殊疑问句是对原因进行提问的,因此用because...来回答。because(因为)和so(所以)不能连用,只能选择其中的一个。
例如:—Why do you like P.E.?你为什么喜欢体育?—Because it's fun.因为它有趣。
I like P.E.because it's fun./P.E.is fun,so I like it.
3.Who is your science teacher?你的科学老师是谁?
这是以who 引导的特殊疑问句,如果疑问词是问句的主语,这个问句就用正常的陈述句语序。疑问词作主语时,后面的谓语动词用单数。
例如:Who is your teacher?谁是你的老师?Who likes apples?谁喜欢苹果?
4.My science teacher is Mr.Wang.我的科学老师是王先生。
在句中Mr.Wang为称呼语,Mr.意为“先生”,第一个字母须大写,不能单独使用,必须和姓连用,放在姓前面。
Mr.“先生”,Mrs.“太太,夫人(已婚女子)”,Miss“小姐(未婚女子)”,Ms.“女士(已婚或婚否不明)”都习惯于放在人的姓之前称呼。如:Mr.Wang王先生,Miss Green格林小姐,Ms.Mary 玛莉女士。这种表达形式与汉语语序不同,绝不能把“王先生”说成Wang Mr.,“格林小姐”说成Green Miss。使用Mr.,Mrs.,Miss和Ms.时第一个字母要大写。当称呼某某老师时,常用这四个词。如:“高老师”要说Mr.(Mrs.,Miss,Ms.)Gao,而不能说Teacher Gao或Gao Teacher。
5.It's Tuesday.今天星期二。
表示星期、月份的名词都是专有名词,单词的第一个字母必须大写,而且前面不加任何冠词。
在英语中,如果同时出现日期和星期,一般先说星期,后说日期。
注:如要询问星期几,一般用What day is it?来提问。
例如:—What day is it today?今天星期几?—It's Saturday today.今天是星期六。
如要询问日期,则用What's the date?提问。
例如:—What's the date today?今天几号?—It's September 10th.今天是九月十日。
6.I'm really busy today!我今天真的很忙。
①句中really是形容词real的副词,意为“真实地、真正地”,在句中修饰形容词,副词或动词,它通常位于动词be之后,行为动词之前。
例如:I really love you.我真地爱你。
②be busy表示“繁忙的”,be busy with sth.,be busy doing sth.忙着干某事
例如:He is busy with his homework.=He is busy doing his homework.
他正忙着做家庭作业。
7.finish的用法:finish作及物动词时,后跟动词的ing形式。如:I finished reading the book yesterday.我昨天看完了这本书。
