Men have always wanted to fly like birds．Birds can fly easily because they are light，but men’s bodies are heavier．
Men first went up into the air in balloons．These are big bags，and they are filled with
gas．Hydrogen (氢气) is a useful gas for balloons．It is lighter than air．Helium is also lighter than air , but it costs a lot of money . So balloons are usually filled with hydrogen．
Balloons have to fly with the wind as they have no engines (引擎) to drive them．Later，men made airships．These were balloons with engines．They were also filled with hydrogen．

六、 Many big events happened last year . The missing of Malaysia flight made us especially concerned．On th'e early morning of March 8th，2014， the Flight MH370 went missing suddenly over the Southern Indian Ocean．Among the total 239 people on abroad，most of them were Chinese，including a two—year-old baby．This flight disappeared suddenly after f1ying for 6 hours．Many countries helped search for it but found nothing．The truth about the missing is still not clear，but 1’m sure we’11 find it out．From this event，we should also remember to obey safety rules．We should work harder to devote ourselves to technology development when we grow up．
