M: We should try to recycle much paper. That way, we can save the forests where animals live.
W: So, how can children recycle paper?
M: Well, for example, when I was in kindergarten, I used to save the newspapers so that I could make things out of them, like paper trees, instead of just throwing them away. Now, students in my school collect newspapers once a month to take them to a recycling center.

Well, the problem is, these energy foods are often filled with added sugar, which can cause serious damage to our bodies. More and more studies and research show that, sugar consumption increases the risk of many diseases, such as overweight, heart disease, and even some cancers. Yet it is still not easy to find sugar-free foods on the supermarket shelves today. So, take a look at your diet and try your best to remove everything that has added sugar in it.
