节日前我们住的房子必须清扫干净，买新衣服、食品、果品。
Before the festival, our houses have to clean up well, buy new clothes, food and fruits as well.
除夕那天家家门上贴春联，
On that Eve, each family paste couplets on doors of every house,
夜里全家人团聚在一起吃饺子及鱼肉，随后看春晚，守岁。
all families have dumplings and fish together, then watch the New Year party and stay up late or all night.
新年第一天人们穿着新衣服，
On the first day of New Year, all people are wearing new clothes,
有的走亲访友，
some visit their friends and relatives.
小孩儿会得到压岁钱，
Kids will get lucky money,
这是小孩节日期间最喜欢的一部分。
this is favorite part of kids in the festival.
也是我最喜欢的节日因为我陪亲戚共度时光，
It’s also my favorite festival because I’m spending the time being with my relatives.
