书面表达参考答案(25 分)
Dear editor,
I’m writing to tell you about a food poisoning incident. Several days ago, one of my
classmates ate some food of bad quality from the market. After he ate it, he had a stomachache
and brought up what he had eaten. Fortunately, our classmates found the incident and
immediately carried him to hospital, After several hours’ treatment, he finally escaped from death.
From this all of us have realized the importance of food safety. There’s no doubt that food
security influences everyone's daily life. However, some illegal business men are only interested
in making profits to become rich quickly. They seldom care about the necessary safety measures or
care about what happens to consumers. They must be charged by law. Meanwhile the whole society
shall begin taking actions to protect people’s life safety. It is the responsibility that both
government and citizens should join together in building a food-secured environment.
I think as citizens, we should have a strong sense of responsibility for the world we live in.
The companies ,which make fake products, may seem to win for a moment . However, they will be
driven out of the market in the long run.

Many rules govern drivers on American streets and highways. The most common ones are the
speed limit. The speed limit regulates how fast a car may go. On streets in the city, the speed limit
is usually 25 or 35 miles per hour,. On highways between cities, the speed limit is usually 55 miles
per hour. When people drive faster than the speed limit, a policeman can stop them. The policeman
gives them pieces of paper which people call traffic tickets. Traffic tickets tell the drivers how
much money they must pay. When drivers receive too many tickets, they probably cannot drive for
a while.
The rush hour is when people are going to work or going home from work. At rush hour there are
many cars on the streets and traffic moves very slowly. Nearly all American cities have rush hours.
Drivers do not get tickets very often for speeding the rush hours because they cannot drive fast.
