Here are two cars that may some day take the place of today’s big automobiles( 汽车). If

In 1933 little had changed in the everyday life of the majority of Tennessee Valley people.
Electricity was known on only three farms in a hundred. The simple act of getting water

“Help! Help!” he quickly ran to see what was happening. When he got there, he saw three children
going down into the river. They were in great danger. He jumped into the river and soon pulled
two children onto the bank. At that moment the third child was washed away. The soldier jumped
