状语从句有许多不同的分类，本单元的核心语法是三种状语从句，分别是条件状语从句、时间状语从句和结果状语从句。状语从句是初中阶段的重要语法点，也是中考的必考点。与之相关的考点有两个，一是连词的选用；二是状语从句的时态。

和状语从句有关的考点通常以单项选择的形式出现。在解答连词选用的题目时，首先要理解句意，然后分析主句和从句之间的逻辑关系，进而确定合适的连词。

概念
在复合句中充当状语的句子叫状语从句，用来修饰主句中的谓语动词、形容词或副词。
用法
状语从句由从属连词引导，从属连词不充当句子成分，只起连接作用。

在条件状语从句和时间状语从句中，如果主句使用一般将来时，从句通常用一般现在时代替一般将来时。
