Dear jack,
I am sorry to hear that you had some conflicts with your parents on subject choosing. But I think
there is no need to feel upset, for things like this usually happens to teenagers, you included.
Needless to say, the conflict between you and your parents is whether to choose what is beneficial
for you or what interests you. As far as I am concerned, if you stick to choosing subject according to
your preference, you should explain to your parents patiently and carefully. It is advised that you
should tell them the reasons why you must choose the subjects, and the perspective of them, which is
of great importance. Besides, you should also promise that you will learn what you choose well and
make them know your determination. These are the ways I persuaded my parents to allow me to
choose what I like.
Looking forward to your reply and hoping that you can make up with parents.
