一、 where引导的特殊疑问句
1. 用法:该特殊疑问句用来询问人或物所在的位置,其结构为“where is +单数名词?”或
“where are+复数名词?”。也就是说where后面的be动词是用is还是are取决于be动词后
面的名词或代词的单复数。单数用is,复数用are。
Where’s my hat?我的帽子在哪里?
Where are your parents?你的父母在哪里?
2. 答语:where引导的特殊疑问句答语有以下三种形式。
(1) 用It’s+介词短语(对应Where is...?)或They’re+介词短语(对应Where are...?)。
—Where’s my hat?我的帽子在哪里?
—It’s on your head?它在你头上。
(2) 可直接回答物品所在地点,省略it’s或they’re。
—Where are your parents?你的父母在哪里?
—(They are) In the room.他们在房间里。
(3) 当你不知道在哪里,可用“I don’t know”来回答,意为“我不知道”。
—Where’s my bag?我的书包在哪里?
—I don’t know.我不知道。
注意:don’t=do not,其中do是助动词,当主语为第三人称单数时,助动词应用does,与not
缩写为doesn’t。
She doesn’t know.她不知道。
二、介词in,on与under的用法
1.in意为“在……里面,在……内”通常表示在某一空间里。
My ring is in the bag.我的戒指在包里。

【拓展】in还可以表示地点、在某年、月、世纪、早上、晚上等及使用什么语言。
