there be结构
there be 句型又叫“存在句型”,表示“某地或某时有某人或某物”。此处的there没有实际意义。
1.句型结构。
( 1 )肯定句:
①There is+a/an+可数名词单数+其他。例如:
There is a book on the desk.书桌上有一本书。
②There are+some/many/大于1的数字+可数名词复数+其他。例如:
There are many pens on the desk.书桌上有许多钢笔。
③There is+some+不可数名词+其他。例如:
There is some water in the cup.这个杯子里有些水。
( 2 )否定句:
①There is+not+a/an+可数名词单数+其他。例如:
There isn’t a hotel here.这里没有旅馆。
②There are+not+any/many/大于1的数字+可数名词复数+其他。例如:
There aren’t any books on the bed.床上没有书。
③There is+not+any+不可数名词+其他。例如:
There isn’t any water in the cup.这个杯子里没有水。
( 3 )一般疑问句:
①Is there+a/an+可数名词单数+其他?
肯定回答:Yes,there is.
否定回答:No,there isn’t.例如:
—Is there a picture on the wall?墙上有幅画吗?
—Yes,there is./No,there isn’t.是的,有。/不,没有。
②Are there+any/many/大于1的数字+可数名词复数+其他?
肯定回答:Yes,there are.
否定回答:No,there aren’t.例如:
—Are there any apples on the tree?树上有一些苹果吗?
—Yes,there are./No,there aren’t.是的,有。/不,没有。
③Is there+any+不可数名词+其他?
肯定回答:Yes,there is.
否定回答:No,there isn’t.例如:
—Is there any water in the cup?这个杯子里有水吗?
—Yes,there is.是的,有。
2.注意。
( 1 )there be句型中be动词的形式要和其后的主语在人称和数上保持一致。若有两个或两个以上的名词作主语,be动词要与离它最近的那个主语在人称和数上保持一致,即遵循“就近原则”。

( 2 )there be 句型与have/has的区别:there be句型强调的是位置关系,表示“某地存在某人或某物”;have/has强调的是所属关系。二者不可用在同一句中。
