(2018·河北保定二模)I was watching the evening news on TV in my house when I heard someone shouting outside. What happened? I looked out of the window. The dark smoke told me the story.
There must be a fire not far from my house. I called 911 for help once.
When I ran out I heard some people shouting “Fire! Fire！”. Following them for a few minutes, I ran to the house in the corner of the street. It was on fire. The smoke was coming out from the kitchen. A woman was shouting loudly to neighbors for help.
