(1)n．车站。一般指小的停车点，如路边的停车站点；而规模较大的车站为station。
(2)v．停止。常用于以下两个结构中：stop to do sth.停下(手头的事)去做某事(另一件事); stop doing sth.停止正在做的事。如：
He stops to read the book.
他停下来(别的事情)去读书。
He stops reading the book.
他停止了读书。

Mary wants to know what he thinks of the trip.
玛丽想知道他对旅行的看法。
(1)这是个含有what引导的宾语从句的复合句，主句的主语为Mary，谓语是wants to know，宾语是一个特殊疑问句，原句应为“What does he think of the trip”。宾语从句应用陈述语序，其中疑问词仍在句首；另外，当主句的时态为一般现在时时，宾语从句的时态应根据实际情况进行选择。如：
He wants to know where Nina lives.
他想知道尼娜住在哪里。
She says she will leave a message on his desk.
她说她会在他桌上留张便条。
(2)【辨析】think of和think about
①两者在表示“考虑；认为……怎么样”时，可以互换使用。
②think of在表示“想到；想起；关心”等意义时，不能与think about互换使用。
【拓展】What do you think of…？意为“你认为……怎么样”，可与How do you like…？互换。都用来询问对方的意见。
