Everybody knows that safety comes first. But a survey shows that every year, about 18,500 children under age 14 die in traffic accidents in China. The death rate in China（率）is 2.5 times higher than that in European(欧洲的) countries. And a report said that few cars with child safety seats are sold in China. Safety problem worries the Chinese people.
Luckily, Chinese government（政府） has decided to change. The 12th Five-Year Plan on Road Traffic Safety (2011-2015) says that the country will improve its school bus safety management system（管理系统）over the next four years. All school buses must be equipped (装备)with GPS systems by 2015, and every seat in the buses must be equipped with seat belts（安全带）by 2013.
Over the next four years, there will be more policies(政策) to develop school buses. The school bus will be much safer. The parents don’t have to pick up their children in their own cars every day.
As we all know, China is developing fast. But it is terrible to read about the accidents in China because people are so careless when they cross the road, and drivers often drive too fast because they want to make more money. In fact, a man without a kind heart can not be a school bus driver even though he can drive very well. A school bus driver must be a person who has many responsibilities, such as caring for the children and making sure that they are comfortable, safe, and happy.

The family had a cat for years, and she was the only pet and was loved by everyone. One day , the children asked their parents to get them a dog. So a little dog came to the family. The dog was so cute that everyone loved him.

According to a survey, many people think genes(基因) and intelligence have something to do with students' success or failure. But there aren't any researches to support this opinion. And in fact, it is not right at all. There is one thing that can finally decide students' success or failure. That is how they learn. A few students are clever and lucky. They find good ways for themselves to study every subject well. But others aren't so lucky like them. They don't find correct ways of their own and fail in the end.
To teachers, what is the best way to teach languages? Dr. Asher found a way called “Total Physical Response”. This was helpful to students. Studies in San Jose State University showed that if students moved their bodies when learning English, they were able to learn a lot more new words and grammar in a very short time. But if they sat still and didn't move, they could learn less. And after a year, the students who moved their bodies when learning remembered 80% or more things they learned. Every day when I enter the classroom, I will take a look at the wall beside my seat. You will find nothing special about this old wall if you just look at it. But for the students in my class, it is a special wall. Take a good look at it, and you will get to know the real feelings and thoughts of us, the 9th graders.
In the middle of the wall, there is a big "VICTORY". It was written in pen cil. I guess it must have been written by someone who got a good mark in an exam.
A little higher above the formulas, there is a poem. It only has two sentences. It reads: All those sweet memories have disappeared. Like tears dropping in the heavy rain.
Oh! It must have been written at the end of the last semester in middle school. Classmates had to leave school and good friends had to part. What a sad poem!
