No pain, no gain
Wrong! Exercise is not meant to hurt. Indeed, pain is your body telling you something's wrong, and continuing to exercise could lead to serious injury(伤害). You may experience mild discomfort as you begin to exercise regularly, but this is your body adapting to the positive changes in your lifestyle and the aches should disappear quickly. If they don't, rest and ask for medical advice.

Learn at least one thing on your visit. It is always good to take away something new from your visit.
Plan breaks into your visit. When you walk around, standing here and studying exhibits there, you may become very tired. So it is important to take breaks. A break is a good opportunity for you to think of what you have seen and what else you might want to do in the museum.

Liu Wei is very famous in China because he can play the piano with his toes(脚趾).
One day when Liu Wei was only 10 years old, he played a game with some friends. He lost both his arms because of electricity.
